Blackdown Signs is a Trading style of Blackdown Group Ltd.

Blackdown Group LTD is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11741817 our registered address is Valley View, Clayhidon, Cullompton, Devon EX15 3TJ.

Blackdown Group Ltd owns a number of brands some use the “Blackdown” prefix some do not. Just because a business has “Blackdown” before its name does not automatically mean it belongs to the Blackdown Group Ltd – websites / companies owned by the Blackdown Group Ltd will make it clear that Blackdown Group Ltd is the parent company.

Blackdown Group Ltd’s business interests span a number of industries, as such our privacy polices (and other terms and conditions) vary from website to website this allows our terms and conditions and other policies to reflect industry norms, or cater to nuances of a specific industry.

Any reference to Blackdown Signs, Blackdown Signs & Print, Blackdown Signs and Print, Blackdown, Blackdown Group or Blackdown Group Ltd shall be taken to mean Blackdown Group Ltd.

Returns
To return a Blackdown Signs product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number from us before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply complete the form below or email us at sales@blackdownsigns.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the stock items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Items that have been custom made, modified, bespoke built or used in anyway will not be accepted for return unless they are faulty.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Items that have been custom made, modified, bespoke built or used in anyway will not be accepted for return unless they are faulty.

Returns for refund: Items that have been custom made, modified, bespoke built or used in anyway stock items or samples returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:
Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
